WIRED FITNESS' Bridal TestimonialsWith only three months to go before my wedding, I knew I had to do something fast to look my very best on such an important day. I had been toying with the idea of joining an outdoor fitness camp for months, not so much to lose weight but to firm up the areas of my body that had never had any definition. It's funny, but initially I signed up with another company and changed my mind at the last minute--a decision I will never regret. I have NEVER enjoyed exercising, but now I am addicted and plan to continue training with Bryan even after my wedding day. Halfway through my first class I was nauseous, looking for a place to hide, and already composing the cop-out email in my head. But somehow I made it through the class and I felt great! I decided to keep going and haven't missed a class yet. I am continually challenged in new ways and for the first time in my life I have muscles! Just the other day I made someone feel my abs. When I joined Bryan’s class I had not been doing any exercise because of an injury I sustained to my neck several years ago.
