WIRED FITNESS' Outdoor Fit Camp FAQs


What should I expect?

Every day is different! We will work on Functional Strength, Cardivascular Training, Core Stability and Strength, Abdominals, Flexibility in an interval style program. For more details you have to come and experience it for yourself!

Typical Workout:

  • Active and Dynamic Flexibility
  • Calisthenics
  • Body Weight Movements
  • Running/Agility-Cardio Drills
  • Medicine Ball Drills
  • Abdominal and Core Exercises

What do I need to bring to class?

All of your equipment is provided. You MUST bring your own mat. Our staff has durable mats for sale at a $10 cost. Please let us know ahead if you will need one

Will I fit in with the group?

The class is geared towards every fitness level and for ALL Ages. The class is designed with exercises that can be modified for beginners and made more difficult for the advanced. Whatever your fitness level you will be welcomed into the group! We all have similar goals here….Fat loss, tone and develop muscles, increase our cardiovascular levels, improve endurance and develop strength.

 What certifications do the instructors have?

Our instructors are certified through The National Strength Conditioning Association (NSCA), The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and other supplemental certifications.

Cancellation, Tardiness, and Absenteeism Policy for Bootcamps

* You will be required to sign an online version of the Wired Fitness 'Policies + Procedures Form' when you join. This form will go into more detail. If a class is missed for unforeseen circumstances, you have that given calendar week to make up that missed session. There will be no carry-over credit into the following weeks. Notice before your scheduled class is required if you are going to miss a class. A "no-show" will result in a forfeiture of the cost of the class.   Tardiness effects the whole group so please adjust your schedule accordingly to arrive on time. Absenteeism will result in missed classes ultimately affecting your goals.

    Classes are priced at $20/Session. Some locations, including Mission Bay, Eastlake, and Imperial Beach have their own pricing schedule based on classes per week and/or committment term. New locations also offer discounts. Email or call for more information.

    Drop in fees are $25/class (out of town guests also)

     



Payments Accepted?

We accept Credit Cards (Amex/MC/Visa), Checks, Paypal and Cash. Payments must be made prior to the start date of the boot camp. If you are paying by credit card please contact us to make arrangements. Recurring billing will be in effect until changes to your program have been submitted in writing.  Billing is executed around the first of the month.  Please notify the Wired Fitness Staff if you have planned excuses so they can be subtracted from your monthly billing.


Official PayPal Seal

There is a $25 service charge for returned checks, and $40 for any credit card cancelations for your standard training program (mid-month). You will be refunded the difference. If you signed up for a 3+ month commitment you are responsible for the length of the term and will be charged at the beginning of each month in full (service charge does not apply).

Can I bring a friend?

We encourage you to bring friends or partners to the class. Their first class will be FREE. You receive a free class the following month if they sign up. Periodically we have contests for referrals for prizes such as: Hot air ballon ride, dinner at Ruth Chris, Hornblower cruise dinner, FREE month of classes, and much much more.

Medical Releases

Always consult your physician before starting a strenuous exercise program! You will be required to fill out a waiver before you participate in any of our programs.
