I don't remember how long ago I emailed them about classes in my area of the East County but one day I got an email from Amber and Bryan saying that they were looking at parks to hold classes in the E. County. As soon as they found the park on Dallas Street in La Mesa my husband and I went to the first class. My husband who is strong and fit had a hard time with all the new ways of doing an exercise. After our first class we couldn't walk for days. I have always worked out in the gyms and did spin for 2 years and have not felt this good or with these results in such a short time. Harris has taught us a lot and really pushes me through the whole hour workout even though I complain out loud a lot (although getting better about that). I love working out outside and not having to fight the crowds at the gym and wait for a machine. I would totally recommend WIRED FITNESS. Check it out you won't regret it! Paula Long Ok, no one is telling the full story here...Yes, you will benefit greatly, you will lose weight, and you will build muscle. Bryan is a fabulous instructor - he will monitor your progress, he will motivate you, but he will not push you to do something dangerous or way past your physical limits. Amber is the absolute bomb - very attentive and will scaffold things for you so that you can get a full workout, no matter what your current fitness level. There are others too who assist and help teach the smaller classes who are good to work with. Amber and Bryan also work well as team trainers, and will keep a close eye on everyone's progress and comfort.

Not only do you get to be outside, have a variety of locations and classes to attend throughout San Diego, but you have incredibly knowledgeable trainers in Bryan and Amber and you get results. Yes, it is true..these classes kick your butt but they are tailored to any fitness level, any age, any sex. As a former athlete I became burned out on exercise. In the past 3 or so years, I got my motivation back and went to many gyms, hired the personal trainers, etc. Not until I started WIRED FITNESS did I start seeing results, my endurance increased and I regained my passion for exercise. I got serious about training over the holidays, when my doctor ordered me to lose weight. In the past two months alone, I've lost 13.5 pounds and 5% body fat. Before working out with WIRED FITNESS I would get bored of the same, usual routine at the gym so I would go in phases where I would work out for a few months and than just stop for a few months and I just didn't feel good about that. With Bryan, the workout is different every single time, so there is no way a person could get bored with the routines and that is what I love about it. I love the convenient location (Chula Vista), the fun varied workouts and the relaxed atmosphere. If you don't really like the gym atmosphere and you are looking for a challenging yet fun workout, give this a try! The trainer Bryan cares about each and every student, the location on Mission Bay is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the class varies a little bit every day. There is some cardio, some strength training, some flexibility work, some balance and core work. its got it all. If you want to get into shape fast, and have fun doing it, this is the class for you! Jill I took Bryan's class for 2 years--I started before my wedding to get in shape to wear the white dress--and never stopped! I just moved to Chicago and I am traumatized without my bootcamp class to go to! It always made me feel better to work out after work, be outside, and have other people around to chat with while working out (even though I get yelled at a lot for not shutting up! I started running and had been training for ½ marathons about one year ago. Even though I was running 4 days a week and doing yoga I wasn’t getting thinner. I needed something else. I met Bryan through a neighbor and I couldn’t believe that she was going to a class at 6 a.m.! But I decided to try it. When I started doing bootcamp I realized that was the missing piece. I started out at a size 12 and am down to a size 6. It’s a really important addition to my overall workout schedule, and it’s so fun. Now I go to the 6 a.m. classes in Carmel Valley and it feels so good to go through my day knowing that I have already gotten a good workout in!
