WIRED FITNESS' Past TestimonialsThis bootcamp class is truly awesome. If you are looking for a challenge, this is the place to be. Every class is different so you are never bored. You work your whole body with each workout which includes cardio, strength training and core. Expect to be absolutely sore at the beginning but you get used to it and after the first week it is just fun. The outdoor setting in Mission Bay is great. Lorena Z., Mission Bay Park WIRED FITNESS, is one of the best work outs I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have an extensive history of athletic training and competition that ended once I finished college. I then became a regular 24 hour fitness member for many years before deciding I not only needed, but wanted a workout that provided me with more variety, motivation and challenge. This is exactly what I found with wired fitness, and I guarentee that your body will thank you. Not only am I slowly losing weight and noticing my body tone up in various places, but my endurance, strength and overall performance has improved tremendously (and not just at boot camp, but other outside activities). I remember only being able to do "girl" push-ups on my knees when I first began wired fitness 6 weeks ago, and am now easily doing regular ones without rest, no problem. I would never push myself the way this class does which is why I haven't seen results until now. Now its addicting to get that hard workout in because after one month, twice a day I already see amazing results! I'm not a gym person and I get bored with DVD's, but this I love! Its outside, there is so much variation in the activities that I'm still doing things I've never done before so it never gets too routine. Before working out with WIRED FITNESS I would get bored of the same, usual routine at the gym so I would go in phases where I would work out for a few months and than just stop for a few months and I just didn't feel good about that. With Bryan, the workout is different every single time, so there is no way a person could get bored with the routines and that is what I love about it. Each workout is intense and incorporates all the parts of the body we all know we need to work on. Bryan is so easy to talk to and is very understanding of each of our individual needs and goals that we are working towards. I would definitely recommend Wired Fitness bootcamps to anybody that was looking to get in shape and have fun with their trainers and the others working out with them. In fact, I recently hurt my back and haven't been able to get out there for the past week and I am having withdrawals! I can't wait to get back. I've tried it all-gym, running, Jazzercise, aerobics class, etc. this boot camp is BY FAR the best workout I have ever had in one hour. The trainer Bryan cares about each and every student, the location on Mission Bay is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the class varies a little bit every day. There is some cardio, some strength training, some flexibility work, some balance and core work. its got it all. If you want to get into shape fast, and have fun doing it, this is the class for you! I love the convenient location (Chula Vista), the fun varied workouts and the relaxed atmosphere. If you don't really like the gym atmosphere and you are looking for a challenging yet fun workout, give this a try! help teach the smaller classes who are good to work with. Amber and Bryan also work well as team trainers, and will keep a close eye on everyone's progress and comfort.
Awesome! I have been running for years and just couldn't get my body back to pre-baby condition. This has done it for me! Every day is something new and more challenging.Amy E. I took Bryan's class for 2 years--I started before my wedding to get in shape to wear the white dress--and never stopped! I just moved to Chicago and I am traumatized without my bootcamp class to go to! It always made me feel better to work out after work, be outside, and have other people around to chat with while working out (even though I get yelled at a lot for not shutting up! HA) If you have a sense of humor, Bryan is so fun to talk to but he also knows how to motivate you and make sure you are serious about being healthy. first week because I felt so strong and fit after such a short time. Bryan's philosophy toward
fitness is forward thinking; based on awakening unused muscles, exercising outside the box,
self-discipline and commitment. I have always been in shape doing a variety of sports, classes and
exercising at the gym however I was unable to get to the next fitness level. Bryan's classes
consistently challenge me because he changes the focus of the classes to incorporate endurance drills, core muscles strength, power and flexibility. I recently performed my usual run in 5 minutes less time than my best time, all due to my improved fitness level. Bryan has been easy to talk to and share his vast array of knowledge; he gives me frequent feedback and is a stickler for proper form. He continues to motivate me to perform beyond my comfort level and I am amazed with all the results. The only downside is that I will ne ver be able to go back to the classes at the gym. After experiencing an outdoor class with Bryan, I now know I will never go back inside to get in shape. Being outdoors is tremendously motivating and I believe that I work harder outside, yet it feels easier! Bryan is very accommodating to all fitness levels and injury-related restrictions, which allows me to workout with any friend and leaves me without an excuse. Bryan is also highly knowledgeable when it comes to the body and insists on good form during class and encourages good nutrition outside of class.
